Biliran Communicators Network (BILCOMNET) is composed of information officers coming from LGUs, local and national agencies in Biliran Province. Its first quarter meeting was held today, 15 March 2023, at the Solidarity Hall of BILECO.
BILECO ISD Manager Allan Joseph Borrinaga delivered a welcome message to the group, while Philippine Information Agency (PIA) Biliran Manager Rodrigo Victoria led the discussions and stated the 2023 plans of BILCOMNET.
