BILECO held a district meeting in Biliran today, April 23, in preparation for the upcoming 31st AGMA on May 26 in Naval. Also discussed was about the MCO empowerment program and sanitation of membership. BILECO personnel also conducted reorientation on Coop policies, explained the power bill components and shared some energy saving tips.
