BILECO held its district meeting in Cabucgayan today, April 25, at Cabucgayan Gym in preparation for the upcoming 31st AGMA on May 26 in Naval. Also present in the meeting is the Board of Director of Cabucgayan Fr. Arnulfo C. Cordeta.
